Description
In this course, Anneka guides you step by step to understand what has been getting in the way of letting go of alcohol previously. Using tried and tested methods used with hundreds of clients, Anneka combines psychology, neuroscience and her personal experience to enable you to stop drinking in an enjoyable way that does not involve willpower.The course guides you through unpicking how you perceive alcohol, and working out which of these perceptions are true and which are not. You gain insights into how our perception of pleasure and pain dictate the things that we are motivated to do and how you can use ritual and routine to help you to break out of the cycle that you are currently in.You will learn how to navigate emotions differently, without numbing them in a way that allows you to use your emotions as an emotional guidance system to get more of what you want. By the end of the course, you will understand the route map for making more permanent changes if this is something that you wish to do moving forward.There are no fear tactics used in this course; scaring ourselves about the harmful effects of alcohol does not work. Instead, this course equips you with the insight as to how alcohol has been manipulating you and tools you need to move forward.
